The "Larsen" family (Denis and Axel) get
it together in a brand new (orange) bag with Larsen's new B-Soul
imprint and rare soul and Serge Gainsbourg (!) covers are served up in
a most groovalicious kind of way. Dunno the story behind the "Benny
Gordini" mystery but Denis' vocals are top notch and the Arkestra
(ho!) smoove it and move it nicely. Recommended!

This is the first release on Larsen
records 'B-Soul' label, a soul offshoot with fetchingly bright orange
company sleeves.
In reality this is 'Oliveres and son'; Slow Slushy
Boy Denis and his son Axel. They co-wrote this tune and young Axel
plays the instruments whilst dad sings. The song is very similar to
the current Slushy Boys sound, as it is a fine organ-dominated dance
track which actually possesses the soul and personality completely
